NUHCS Perfusionists Meet with Veteran Custodiol User

Singapore, 15 May 2025 - The perfusionists from National University Heart Centre (NUHCS) recently had the opportunity to connect informally with Mr. Ahmed Al Odeh, a seasoned clinical perfusionist with over 30 years of experience and more than 20 years working with Custodiol®.

Currently based at Fiona Stanley Hospital in Perth, Mr. Al Odeh shared valuable insights from his extensive experience using Custodiol in both adult and pediatric cardiac surgery—from his early work at SKMC in Abu Dhabi to his ongoing practice in Australia.

The engaging session over dinner allowed for open discussion, experience sharing, and clinical learning from someone who has helped implement Custodiol® protocols in multiple international centers.

We thank Mr. Al Odeh for his time and generous knowledge-sharing, and look forward to further collaborations with him.
